These new SMOS Sea Surface Salinity products specific for the Baltic region have been created under the funded ESA project ITT Baltic+ Salinity dynamics (4000126102/18/I-BG).

Products

Two different products are generated:

L3

Daily map of 9-day in a rectangular grid at 0.25º resolution, from 2011 to 2019.

L4

Daily fused with CCI SST maps for the period 2011-2016 and OSTIA SST maps for the period 2017-2019 in a rectangular grid at 0.05o resolution, from 2011 to 2019
